Inquiries

Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional organization, message, and consent to be contacted. We use this information to respond to your inquiry. Records are stored in our WordPress website, and notification emails are sent to Diakon Partners. Authorized administrators can access these records. Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or legally privileged information.

Local traffic measurement

With your permission, we count pageviews to understand which pages are used and how visitors reach the website. These statistics contain the date, page path, referring website domain, device category, and number of views. They do not contain your email address, full referring address, IP address, or an individual visitor profile. Signed-in users are excluded.

You may allow or decline measurement, and change your choice using the Traffic measurement preferences button in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser. Declining measurement does not prevent use of the website or inquiry form. The measurement endpoint uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit excessive requests; this identifier is separate from aggregate statistics.

Hosting, email, and cookies

This website uses WordPress and Bluehost hosting. Hosting, maintenance, and email services process information needed to operate the website, deliver messages, and protect against abuse. Server logs may include network addresses, request details, and timestamps. WordPress uses cookies for account sign-in and administration.

Other services and links

Links to LinkedIn and other outside websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Our inquiry form does not enroll you in a newsletter. On-site newsletter subscriptions and public event registration are currently closed. We will review this notice before opening additional features.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records and aggregate statistics remain in our website until manually removed; no automatic deletion period is currently configured. Operational logs and backup copies may follow the retention practices of the service that maintains them. Contact us to request access, correction, or removal of information you submitted. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
